260 S. Church Ave. Events, entertainment, food and beer vendors and the Southern Arizona Mustang Club will be downtown at the Tucson Convention Center Parking (TCC) Lot B, at South Granada Avenue between West Congress Street and West Cushing Street. Because of street car construction, best route to downtown is 22nd Street. Parking in lot at west 22nd Street and I-10, and the City/State Parking Garage at 498 W. Congress St., west of I-10. Fireworks at 9:15 p.m. July 4.

Centennial Hall
1020 E. University Blvd. Let Freedom Sing. Arts Express Choir and Orchestra perform patriotic pieces including The Star Spangled Banner, America the Beautiful and The Battle Hymn of the Republic. Are you ready to start your Independence Day one day early? If so, then head to Canyons Resort’s July 3rd celebration with live music by The Soulistics, followed by a huge fireworks display. The concert will start at 7:30 p.m. in the Resort Village with the fireworks at 9:30 p.m.

South Salt Lake Freedom Festival

The South Salt Lake Freedom Fest includes fireworks, a community festival and a parade.

  • Festival and fireworks July 3, 6-10 p.m. at the former Granite High School, 3305 S. 500 E.
  • 5K Fun Run July 4, 8 a.m. at Fitts Community Park
  • Parade July 4, 9:30 a.m., route goes from 2280 S. 300 E. to Fitts Community Park

Oakley Rodeo and 4th of July Celebration

Enjoy an old-fashioned Western 4th of July in the charming small town of Oakley, about 35 miles east of Salt Lake City in Summit County. Oakley has only 1,000 residents, but the grounds for its popular rodeo seat 6,000.

PRCA rodeo nightly July 1-4, 2014 at 8 p.m. Fireworks each night.

Sugar House Fireworks

The Sugar House Park fireworks are Salt Lake’s most popular 4th of July fireworks. Community fair begins at 12 p.m., music and entertainment go from 4-9 p.m., and fireworks begin at 10 p.m.

Salt Lake City’s 4th of July Celebration at Jordan Park

Salt Lake City’s annual 4th of July celebration will include booths and games, live music, and of course, fireworks! As always, it will be a patriotic neighborhood party on Salt Lake City’s west side.

Holladay 4th of July Festival

Holladay’s 4th of July Festival starts with a Children’s Parade at 8:30, followed by a chuck wagon breakfast at 9:00, a concert featuring Peter Breinholt from 9-10 a.m., then fireworks at 10:10 p.m.

Murray’s traditional 4th of July community celebration includes the Fun Days Parade and activities.

Sandy’s huge July 4th celebration will feature a flag raising ceremony, parade, 5K, police and fire demonstrations, community fair with vendor booths, rides and kids’ activities, free concerts and a fireworks show. The parade begins at 6 p.m.

West Jordan Independence Day Festival and Western Stampede

West Jordan will celebrate Independence Day with a PRCA rodeo, parade, fireworks, free movie in the park, and more.
